About Us
New Shepherd Care was established by two brothers who were living with their grandmother and witnessing different carers struggle to provide quality home care due to lack of organisation, time & most of all an overwhelming amount of loose paperwork.​
Grandma Tina wanted to stay at home alone but unfortunately, she is living with dementia, and the care provided for her whilst at home was inconsistent, old-fashioned, and chaotic, inspiring the brothers to initiate change.​
At New Shepherd Care we provide home care in the Hertfordshire area and our head office is located in the heart of Watford.
In order to keep the care provided at the highest quality, we ONLY care for a limited number of clients at any given time, allowing our team to develop a deeper understanding and relationship with each and every person we care for.
